DDO Store not working

Hello there.
DDO store is not opening when logged with one of my toons, it just stays black screen for eternity. Other toons on the same server can use it ok. Also, in-game help always shows 404-error and not working ^^

Yeah I am having the same problems, can someone advise? Restarting the client didn't help and the solutions offered in the support.burbine.com don't apply to my situation.
