The quest "The End of the Road" has been temporarily closed to address a bug in it that prevents the quest from being completed. This quest is expected to reopen in an upcoming patch. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I appreciate the post regarding this. Considering that I've been sitting in the quest waiting for a ticket reply I'm sad to see that there was time to make the fun little graphic but not enough time to tell players who actually filed tickets.

Meanwhile my store bought pots have all been winding down.

Yes, that is one issue that we've noticed (very high DPS can bug her out.) However, I should clarify that since then, we've seen enough reports of other issues involving the Spinner of Shadows that it looks like something else is also going on. That something else remains under investigation.

[Update] A GM finally replies while I'm in the bathroom. Decides that my lack of immediate response is a sign that I'll never be back -- I mean, I waited around for nearly an hour for the GM to start with, 2-5 minutes is clearly asking for too much, from my end right?

The GM was gracious enough to send me a replacement pot for my troubles. This is awesome. I was burning one of the Sovereign pots which came with my purchase of the expansion yesterday. And the GM was kind enough to replace it with a good ol' 20%'er. Yeah me! Totally ignoring the other loot and guild buffs I was equally burning through -- oh and the other 30%...

There really needs to be a means to make global announcements or something so people who are wasting time (and effectively money in TP) inside a closed quest can know to get out; oh wait, there is a global announcement system, congrats "guild known as Ordo Draconis!" for your climb to 100. Or wait, this other announcement, "Ticket Updated: Your help ticket has been updated..."

come on, either up the customer service from the back end or use the tools you have to reach out to the community when a probable arises.

THen we will never see him again...that quest will become an abandoned themepark like place, and Coyle will be in the depths of the earth laughing at us all.

No mention of A Stay at the Inn? That quest is bugged aswell. Ran it the night before the update, completed it fine on 3 occasions. Grouped for it after the update, bugged twice in a row (bartender gets stuck). Luckily a GM was able to finish it for us the second time.


Turbine, I love the game. I picked up the collectors edition + legendary upgrade, I really shouldn't have. Please fix the bugs in the game! Your customers, we players should not have to put up with major parts of the game being broken or unavailable. Nor should we be worried that older content could be broken with new updates.

XD Oh my goodness, I can just see the Netherese wizards trying to use the scroll to summon him and a note fluttering down instead saying 'On vacation, be back soon.'. lol

And when he gets back Razagnol is being summoned wearing brightly coloured Bermuda shorts. XD

So, um, this bug isn't fixed, really. At least it happened just now for me...
I just did the End of the Road, and the demon still doesn't spawn properly. I see an occasional blue aura like he's about to phase in, but nothing. He's completely invisible otherwise and not targetable. HOWEVER, he's spamming firewall, meteor swarm, and other goodies like he has a bottomless spellpoint pool (he probably does).

The GM couldn't do anything and said he was opening a tech support ticket for me. Great. Over an hour blown there. But at least I talked him into giving 1500 TP for the inconvenience. Pretty nice guy, if you ask me.

Mmm, which gives me an idea...
