The Shadowfell Conspiracy pack is delivered as an activation code that you must then add to your Turbine account on myaccount.turbine.com. Each "offer" add-on is delivered as its own activation code, in addition to the Shadowfell code. Codes can be activated on any account, and as such are sometimes traded in-game for items or plat.

I am offering a trade of my Globe of True Imperial Blood for the SC collector's edition, which is more or less equivalent to the +- 6000TP I have heard it has been traded for by players. As far as I can derive from other recent posts in the Khyber marketplace, this IS LEGAL, as the only monetary profit will go into Turbine's pocket.
If you are concerned over trust issues, I have screenshots to prove where people clicked 'accept' for trades too soon and I never scammed, nor shall I ever scam.
