Gold Seal XP Shrines disappearing

Hi folks,

I tried both an in game ticket and a bug report but neither gives any satisfactory answers of course so I thought I would try this forum though I have low expectations. Late Sunday night I placed 6 Gold Seal Major XP Shrines (the 5% shrines) on our guild airship on Cannith. This should extend that particular amenity over 6 weeks and I come on the next day and it's gone replaced with a mere 3% shrine and to add insult to injury, with a mere 2 weeks on it. Now in the period from when I placed them to logging in a total of 3 Officers had logged in and none had overwritten these shrines.

I am unaware of any hiccups that occurred on the server to make the old shrines pop up as updates and such can do that happen early Monday.

I must confess these were Gold Seal shrines I had been saving for some time and since there were store purchased items who do I go to for an appropriate complaint since In-Game support says they have no power to do anything and the Bug Reporting tool naturally offers no direct feedback.

Oh and a minor comment there is NO place for putting a Guild/Guild Airship Amenity issue to bug report on your tool. Half of the questions it asked me were over my toon's TR which is hardly relevant or useful to this particular issue.

You shouldn't have been able to place 6 shrines, they are for a month each (maybe not the first one, I forget, but the rest would be a month each) and you are only allowed to have 3-4 months paid for.

Looks like you have not looked at gold seal ship buffs recently. I have updated the wiki with new prices and durations a while back:

Amenities are rented. You can pay with platinum or Astral Shards.
* Normal contracts: You can hire a new amenity for three days or prolong a contract by 7 days. Maximum duration: 38 days.
* Gold Seal contracts: You can hire a new amenity for 14 days or prolong a contract by 14 days. Maximum duration: 84 days.
* Chests are rented for 30 days, maximum duration 60 (both standard and Gold Seal).

No I placed 6 shrines as they were changed awhile back. I had been saving these from when we had the TP codes from the shrine bork awhile ago for when our guild hit level 74. I spent my share of those points on Greater and Major XP shrines. I had no trouble with any of the Gold Seal Greater shrines but these Major ones appear borked for me now.

Given the TP costs of them I am not eager to try and re-create this until I can get some sort of response from a Dev or QA here and in some ways I am not sure I will as it's a lower priority versus the Spell power issue going on now among the other bits U18 caused.
