    Default TR Sorc Build. Suggestions appreciated!

    This build is kind of a shot in the dark. Haven't been able to see old threads I bookmarked due to the forum change.

    No items are listed, I couldn't figure out how to add them on the planner.

    Any suggestions on what I could change for the better would be appreciated. I will be questing about with a Bard this life.

    Well, a few things stand out.

    While the acid + web line is nice, acid lacks any significant oomph in several areas like stacking dots, single target nukes, fast area damage. Ice is superior in all of those areas, and would at least make a good secondary if not primary element. Ice also meshes better with web than fire. Having SF conjuration sounds nice since most of your spells are conjuration, but very few get saves anyway (mostly web). I have not had much luck with the banishment/dismissal line of spells, and as a sorc without spell focus in those spells, neither of them, or dominate, will be of much use to you at higher levels.

    You didn't mention EDs, I'm assuming you'll be in draconic given the build (not built for shiradi).

    Suggestions:

    1. Warforged, not human. It's an absolute "no brainer" of a decision to make.

    2. Evocation and Water Savant.

    Those are the 2 glaring things that stood out! I'd probably also suggest splashing either 2 paladin or 2 monk. It will make your toon so much more effective at end game.

    Your feat selections seem to need some work, but you've used that awful character planner format, so (personally) I'm not dissecting all the lines to figure that out for ya!

    1 Spell focus is needed as a pre-req.
    Personally, I would go evocation.

    Must haves:
    Quicken
    Empower
    Maximize

    Should Haves:
    Heighten
    Toughness

    Go Warforged, take quicken for no fail self repairs.
    Sorcerors are all about raw damage. Your spell penetration will be mostly useless as you won't have the DC's to make your spells land reliably unless you have a number of past lives under your belt.

    Taking empower and maximize as early as possible will allow you to pump up your sla's for free. (Starting at lv6)

    I was leaning toward WF, at the last minute went with human, with the idea of using wands for self healing. Thinking I will go with my initial option.

    Can you suggest a planner program?

    Also,

    Can someone please point me to a Shiradi Sorc Build? I have been scouring the internet for one, and all I get is 404 errors.

    I just looked up a shiradi sorc build, to illustrate my point. Not sure what it's like, and it's irrelevant. The /forums/ is the main thing!

    404 error. However, should I change the /en/ to /forums/ it works. Gotta love 'dat forum update.
    www.ddo.com/forums/showthread.php?p=[numbers go here] is what it should be like.
