Needs commas at the ends of lines that continue on the next line down with a new item in the list:
"Weapon, Shield,
Other Hand items"

"Armor, Robes, Outfits,
Shields, other off hand"

etc.

One piece of advice though... Save it as a GIF instead of a JPG. The image will look much better and it will be a smaller file as well.

JPG is designed for saving photos with a large number of colors, but is less exact on things like lines (perfect for real life pictures) GIF is designed to show exact lines but fewer colors (perfect for things like this). That is what is causing the pixelization and graphics bugs in the image. PNG will also work, but it can be slightly more complicated.
