New player (vip) looks for Guild/Any Server

I just recently started this game and realised you dont really get anywhere without a good guild.

I am interested in joining a NEWBIE FRIENDLY guild, server doesnt matter.

I dont need to be supplied with items or anything, just a few people to reliably run the dungeons with, since i am not much of a PUG person. I react well to good advice, am polite (most of the time) and friendly (nearly all of the time).
I am way beyond 18 years old. I am NOT a Munchkin/Minmaxer or powerplayer.
