Well I guess that U18 must be a real snoozer since they aren't even bothering to post release notes, nobody else has even responded to this thread, and there is no real chatter on the forum.
No the forums are just kind of dead due to all the issues. As for whether its a big update or not I haven't looked into it much.
So anyone any ideas what is actually going on? Some kind of public holiday in the US?

Not sure but the mods seem MIA this week.
The only changes I've noticed are 3 new quests, The Bladeforged Iconic and the new cosmetic gear system.
Only new thing on the store I could find was a pointy wizard hat. Is this new?

They do seem MIA, and it's sad that I'm automatically hoping that's because there is a bunch a turmoil and chaos there as they're firing the idiot that did this to the forums, and instructed the Devs to push a half finished hastily constructed enhancement alpha that doesn't contain half the cool stuff or stated goals (3 finished PrE's per class) into a hasty poorly timed preview.
Hopefully someone with some GD sense took over and they are now busy redesigning the enhancement pass and adding back in all the cool sounding "in concept stuff" and planing out 3 actual PrE's and a decent array of Cleric domains that are not actually stuffed into 2 PrE's one of which is complete **** and the other of which is worse than live.
3 weeks and we're still being autologged out? They haven't said a WORD of dialog (you know back and forth communication?) about any of this mess. No ones responding to the near unanimous dislike of the new forums OR the enhancement pass...
Somebody speculated that they aren't posting the notes because they would contain information on the pre-order perks.
While such seems reasonable it isn't like they couldn't just edit those details out and post them anyway. But perhaps the person or persons responsible for writing release notes is currently occupied with other, more important, things.
