Display screwing up on launch and exit.

When I log into the game (the game starts loading, prior to character selection screen) my display turns blue, not a bsod, but a blue tint to it and the graphics get slightly screwed up. Upon getting to character selection screen it fixes it.

When I had full screen enabled only the game would play fine but if I were to minimize then my desktop would still be blue tinted and slightly blurred. Originally directX 9 was running, I had switched to 10 to try to fix the problem, but it did not help.

So as mentioned, taking out of full screen and expanding the window to almost cover the entire screen helped a little, but the issues still arises when I close the game, the blue tint comes back and doesn't go away unless I restart my computer.

Nvidia Quadro FX 880M

UPDATE: Exiting the game via ending the process in task manager prevents the blue tint until restart but I would still like a fix for this.
