Trying to get my friend recruited (the rest of them made accounts last night). He is trying to register at https://signup.ddo.com/ddo.php?ftui=...c=0&lang=en-US. It keeps failing and displaying an error at the top of the window:

Are signup servers down and I just didn't see in news?
