High Latency and loss % as of recently

For the past week since Turbine has been doing server maintenance and account work, I have been experiencing problems with loggins saying server not active or server disconnected after first initial loggin attempt. But the biggest issue as of late is serious latency, and/or high % of loss coming from connection causing disconnects from chat server frequently or extreme game lagging for me. This has only just recently happened since they started their most recent work in the past week to 2 weeks of server/account activity.
