I'm just coming back to the game and can't help wondering why OP doesn't take Master of Air(epic feat). Is it bugged?

Altho Master of Air makes for some nice numbers, it works only on three spells. Burst of Glacial Wrath is a really fun spell instead that offers great CC and helpless dmg against mobs with High Reflex saves, which are the majority of the Epic Vale update. I'd rather have a new, fun spell more than a weak feat that Developer created to solve a problem that is persisting since years (the cap on CL and MCL on spells).

Just tr'd again to sorc to try it again after ages, and I want to try max evo build. No Spell pen, no cc, focus on one thing only...do you guys honestly think it can work for LE raids?

I am on my second life using your Farwind build. This life I tried a Bladeforged an am at level 28, so I didn't exactly follow your enhancements since I didn't use the human tree, but everything else I followed. When I TR, for my 3rd sorc life, I will go back to human since I want to just go to 20 and then do the 3 wizard lives. Then I will return to this build with, hopefully, DC's and spell power closer to your build. I also still do not have anything like your gear.
I am running in DI and do not have all your twists yet, but it has been fun.
My question is, would you describe the spell casting order you use for mobs and for end bosses? Currently I use the SLA's primarily, with dragon's breath and energy burst.
I just wondered what spell selection you use for your DPS attacks.

Most definitely yes. Let's be honest, LE TS and LE HoX it definitely works. I barely even need to cast CC in those quests in groups. LE Shroud, just consider yourself a ranger without celestia. No cc but just dps, I'm quite sure it's doable. Against portals, the OP force dot should be just fine.
Depends on the group of mobs. What you want to do is use SLAs everytime they are offcooldown, specially if the quest is SP intensive and there are few shrines. Also you want to maximize the damage of your Burst/Breath, which is why I try to make them helpless before every cast. Let's see:
1) Group of mobs 1 with high Spell Pen: open with Glacial Burst, Energy Burst/Breath, SLAs, Hellball/Chain Lighting, Ball Lighting, SLAs to finish them off or another Chain Lighting. Finish any high Reflex save mob with Ruin/Greater Ruin
2) Group of mobs 2 without Spell pen: if I'm grabbing more than 2 groups like this, I put down Otto's and I will just Crushing Despair/Hold. Burst/Breath, Hellball, SLAs.
3) Group of mobs 3, a mix of Spell pen and without: just do as group 2, but add Glacial Burst in there.
4) Endbosses: start casting the unmetaed Force dot, Electric and Ice dot, Solid Fog, Electric debuff, SLAs, Lighting Bolt, Spell Power boost+Burst/Breath/Ruin and Greater Ruin. Use Maximize clickies before any spell and remember to use Maximize + Litany clickies before you use Ruin+Greater Ruin. Use your dots whenever they are about to run out.

- Belt: +14 Consitution/+6 Insightful Constituion
- Ring1: Legendary Brazenband
- Boots: Legendary Boots of the Devil Commander
- Gloves: Legendary Dashing Gloves
- Bracers: GS Bracers with 20/10/5 Electric Spell Critical Damage
- Armor: Robe of the Celestial Sage
- Goggles: Something Goggles of Spell Penetration +6
- Ring2: +15 Charisma ring
- Main Hand: Thunder-Forged Scepter (+12, +36 Spell Implement, 150 Magnetism Spellpower, 22% Electric lore, Purple Slot: Glaciation 136/Devotion 136 Orange slot: Meridian Fragment)
- Off-hand: GS Scepter with 150 Equipment Electric SP/+7 Insightful CHA/+37 Exception electric SP
Main hand: I could ditch TF but then I would lose Meridian Fragment and Spell Implement, besides 14 Spell power from going from 150 to 134 on the Circlet, losing around 70 spellpower but gaining 65 with the Insightful, thus not really losing/gaining anything other than more Charisma.
