    Default [Druid] The black wolf

The black wolf, a melee evasion oriented druid

So i been working on a new build with the enhancement pass on my mind (yep its long from here and will change, but need to do something while wait right?)

I always wanted a melee oriented druid, i love wolfs. I saw some interesting druid/monks builds, but i after playing my monk for a few, i actually decided that i don't like monks so i don't want to splash into one.

    That's the build

    Some faqs

-Why 3 rogue and not 16 Druid?
-Rogue 3 give you +1 atk base and 1 sneak attack dice, Druid 16 no atk bonus 2 more spell lots and few more sp. As I'm build for dps, and planning to go Fury of the Wild (that give +5 druid CL) seems a better idea. Also, on the new enhancement pass, rogue 3 give you the chance to buy another sneak attack dice on the assassin tree (with a total of 3)

-Why not monk instead of rogue?
-As i said its a personal preference. i don't like monks. Also, you will able to wear light armor + shield (that can be a tower one) raising the PRR.

    -Druid 15 don't have snowslide!
-True, its the major drawback i see on that build. Look new question for more info.

    -Why 2 fighter?
-I wanted to take overwhelming critical, that's 3 pre feats (power attack, and 2xcleaves) and 3 natural fighting feats, so i was pretty feat starved. So i decided to trade snowslide for that feats.

    -Epic destiny?
-Furry of the Wild for casters levels (as buffs will last longer) and for adrenaline. Planned twist will be Cocoon, Brace the impact and Grimm Precision.

    -Some numbers...

Sneak damage: Winter wolf 2d6 + rogue 2d6 + future enhancement pass 3d6 + nature warrior 2d6 = 9d6 No bad for a deep splashed druid.

Doublestrike chance: Natural figthing 3x6 = 18 + Improved shield mastery + 8% = 26% From here you can add a 6% ring and black dragon set to bump to 35%. You have also the druid action boost to 50% extra and if lucky a 5% from a bard to a 90% total.

PRR with shield mastery, tower shield and light armor will be around 50.

    Fortification bypass will be about 55% (25% precision + 20% black dragon + 15% grimm's)

So, comments? Idea? Did you tried something similar before? I'm already leveling him (9 druid,2rogue,2fighter atm) and having fun, but worried what will happens at high levels.

Dreadnought + clubs/sceptres (in wolf form) = win. I highly recommend you explore the math, and you don't need overwhelming crit in this scenario.

Pure druid + helf/rogue dilli = additional 5d6 SA at cap.

Druids get a very low reflex save so I would recommend the infused chaos robe with reflex +10 for leveling.

Otherwise the build looks solid but I would also explore LD

So i played the build like.. 6 days at cap and realized that was not working very well. First of all, the increased CD on spell due not cap its a killer. Also druid animal forms are full of "bugs" or lets call it, weird design decisions (movements been spells, capped 1[D10] if dont splash druid, etc).

So i LR into a fleshie Juggernaut and now I'm happier. Did a 16 druid/2rgn/2monk, TWF + human on fire element
