NM, found it. Was confused by the being able to trade it, but person who opened had to use it nonsense. Thanks Brey.

so how can u give the stone to another? i know the old version can be mailed,but only the original owner can activate it.

The new one is exactly the same as the old one, Manasdirge. You're able to mail it to another for safe keeping if they so choose. But need the other party to mail it back so you can use it to stone them.
