unable to create account

I have been trying for days to create an account but every time I type a new one in it gives me the same problem. It says its no valid and as far as I can tell I am following the rules that it has in place. I had no problem creating my LOTRO account. I dont know why I am having such a problem with it.

I am assuming (apologies if I am wrong) that you are trying to create that DDO account with the same username you have for LOTRO. This isn't possible at this time.

If you want to add a DDO subscription to your Turbine account (which already has LOTRO), please submit a ticket here and choose DDO as the game, 'Account Support' as the Team and 'Free Key Request' as the ticket type.

Account support does mass mailings for all those requests every couple of days. You will then receive a DDO key, and instructions to add that to your existing Turbine account.
