Tier 5 Kensei and Greater Weapon Focus

Seems to be a mis-match between the supposedly fighter level 4/5 Kensei tier 4/5 enhancements and the Greater Weapon Focus preq for Weapon Group Specialization.

Since Weapon Group Specialization is preq for Keen Edge and thus One with the Blade. It means you need to be a level 8 Fighter to take these enhancements.
