Healing Amp Math

This is based on the paladin/monk ap that people have posted but wasn't ready for review yet so may change....

Humans take 22 ap to get 30% amp (or 12/2 ap for 20%/10% amp respectively).
Half-elves take 24 ap to get 1.2x1.2 = 44% amp (9 ap for 21%).
Paladins take 42 ap to get 30% amp (22/12 ap for 20%/10%).
Shintao monks take 40 ap to get 30% amp (30/20/10/5/1 ap for each 5% less).

A half-elf with 5 paladin levels can get 1.44x1.3 = 87.2% amp for 66 ap.
A human with 5 paladin and 6 monk levels can get 1.3x1.3x1.15 = 94.35% amp for 74 ap.
A human with 4 paladin and 12 monk levels can get 1.3x1.2x1.2 = 87.2% amp for 54 ap.

A human with 4 paladin levels and 18 monk levels would work ap wise but does not have enough levels.
A human with 3 paladin levels and 20 monk levels would work ap wise but does not have enough levels.

Just thought people might be interested in the numbers.

Tomorrow's Lamannia build features one major adjustment to the Enhancement Trees: We are lowering the number of Action Points spent in the Trees required to access the Top Tier Enhancements. (Class Enhancement Trees will require 0, 5, 10, 20, and 30 Action Points spent and Racial Enhancement Trees will require 0, 5, 10, and 15 Action Points spent.) Note that while this change would allow you to take Tier 5 abilities from two Class Trees, that is not intended. We will eventually add the "You can only take Tier 5 Enhancements from a single Tree" restriction.

This will lower the Human 30% cost to 17, and the Half Elf's 44% cost to 19.
