Enhancements Alpha & U18,19 etc

Since the new enhancement pass is not scheduled for U18 (or 19...?) can we assume that any testing done for U18 will be with the alpha enhancements in place on Lamannia? Or will there be a way to test U18/19 with the current Live enhancements?

(I'm just a fellow player but from what I read between the lines from what Maj has posted and how this alpha preview is setup is that we'll be previewing U18 with the current, Live enhancements.)
