    Default balanced for a time past?

    I noticed that a lot of these enhancements look like they're balanced for the metagame a year ago. What is up with the atrociously bad enhancements that have no relevance now? Warforged damage reduction? A serious endgame player would never consider +1 DR for 2 AP. Confirm critical of 1/2/3? Total waste of AP. Measly 5 hp for 2 AP?

    I hope that in the beta phase either the entire enhancement pass gets a pass to bring it up to date with the current metagame, or the entire metagame gets a nerf to bring it in line.

    I've also found this. WF toughness, 5 HP per level? That's 5 less than it used to be, and first 3 levels cost the same amount of AP they used to. WF DR 1/2/3? Please, make it 3/6/10 DR. Up the character level requirements for the upper levels if you think that's overpowered, but 1/2/3 is barely relevant, seeing how it makes no difference later on, and early on 5/magic is available on a level 1 invulnerability docent...

    Hi,

    What I've seen so far suggests few things about how we got this new enhancement model.

    A template approach, where certain less useful abilities were jammed in or invented to fill up space in trees.

    Little understanding of the relative power and usefulness of certain enhancements, leading to situations like the ones the OP has described

    An attempt to force our builds into narrower roles by reducing the number of choices available and increasing the costs of specialisation.

    From what I understand, these concerns were voiced pretty much from the outset in discussions about rejigging enhancements.

    Also DC of most of skills is broken.

    10+half character lvl + stat is not going to be used nowhere in EEs.
    To land things vialable (50%+ of time) u need at least 60 DC.
    Soon were going to see 28 lvls and new quests.
    Pls think about usufulness of enhancements skills on 25-28. Not on 20.
    This DC counting makes you need at least 86 in one ability. Its not good. It should be 50 ability needed for 60 dc and 50+ for more because that the point where it is costy to get there but possible...

    Also consider repairing things like e.g. monk Quivering Palm feat. Its DC is also not existant on 25 lvl EEs.
