...does not result in an increased AP cost of the factor, say, 10?
Cost is increased by 10 but there are now 800 ranks from lvl1 to 20.
If the new enhancement setup is going to be modeled after the epic destinies trees, it doesn't look like they will be using high ap costs as the main way of limiting your power. In the current system, later enhancements cost more, but do the same thing or even less than the earlier enhancements. In the destiny trees the increase in cost and effect seems to be in balance.

Positive feedback is "this enhancement line gives me interesting options and made my character more fun to play."
"Yay! My character now can kill red named bosses in 5 seconds!" is negative feedback

yeah... back in the days before the Paranoia about game security and Forums hit me... I read the Forums enough that I hardly ever ended up having to wait to be able to give People positive rep again. Now however I come here much less often... (going cold Turkey would be bad) and some People have to wait for their +1!
No longer reading the Forums.
It's pretty simple. If an ability is fun, well balanced, or creative, then create 5 or 10 threads where you rail constantly about how boring, underpowered, or bland the ability is.How can we make sure that our positive feedback...

The instant you say anything good about something, the devs will stomp it into paste.
