I've looked in a few forums and don't know exactly where to go to find the info, so in hopes of finding an answer, I'll ask here. I know the premium paid services are not working at the moment, but is there a way you can buy a rename certificate of something through the DDO in-game store?

The GMs did it for us... after I filed a ticket.
However the GMs did it not because we wanted to, but they wanted to.
