    Default Touch of Death

Is there a bug where sometimes if you press the key while you are holding down the attack button it doesn't go off? I seem to have an abnormally large number of attacks going off without the negative damage or only getting a single attack with negative damage when I should be getting two of them 80% of the time. I don't seem to have that problem with stunning fist or the other ki moves or when I was a light monk.

Does sense weakness not play nice with tod when hp levels change and the negative damage gets overwritten by sense weakness damage?

Nope, not that I've experienced. I never use auto-attack and just hold down attack while hitting ki strikes and I frequently get multi-procs of ToD. With some double-strike, maybe Wind Stance is needed, too, I still get a 5x proc from time to time.

I was getting what appeared to be a triple hit in wind stance with only the first hit getting tod damage. I was playing epic normal. I think when the tod knocks them down a hp threshold the sense weakness damage was maybe overwriting the tod? That wouldn't explain triggering the tod in the middle of a sequence and getting no damage unless maybe the mobs were death warding?

Pretty sure sense weakness isn't the issue.

I have seen the old hit detection bug rear its
ugly head lately. (attacks not happening at all)

Lucky you. I'm seeing it a lot. In particular for tod too, but not with a higher rate than other abilities/hit.

I've experienced that "no-hit" issue on my dark Monk.

Interesting that it seems to be connected to auto-attack (which I tend to have on at all times). Without thinking much about it, I've gotten around the glitch by timing my ToD attack between certain animations that seem to bug the hit.

I guess I'll have to toy with it again based on notes here.

Which attack animation do I need to time my tod on to not have it misfire?
