While upgrading, received a message twice I did not have permission (which I do, decreed by myself) to either access or update a file while upgrading the DAT files. That stopped at 88%, but proceeded to update everything else. Game started fine and am in but it still seems that the DAT files are stuck at 88%. Probably a non issue just reporting it in case not.
