    How long were you saving your gems for that trade-in? I have a huge bag that shows 2. something million value. I've heard that the number turns over at 4 million, so may be more. If I ever want to crash Sarlona I'll just hit the sell gems button, lol.

    Yep, it is me.

    I used 150 planar shards to exchange for a large gem bag in the hope of collecting more gems but the number of gems was cut back to normal the next day......

    I've been collecting gems for a while. I currently have 32,664 of them.
    The displayed value of a bag stops increasing once it gets to 2.14 million plat, so the huge bag is actually worth a lot more than it says. There are 60 moonstones not pictured which won't fit in either bag. I guess it's time to upgrade that medium to a large!

    I haven't added it up in years, but I just did now. (I've saved all the gems I've pulled ever since the original release of Gianthold!)
    The base value of the gems totals 4.87 million plat.
    If I were to vendor them all on my haggle bot with an 87 haggle, I would get 1.668 million plat in exchange.
    Not bad, though I somehow expected it to be higher. I guess I didn't play enough during the gem bug.
