I'm doing diplomatic impunity for the 1st time and i cant seem to get Ullevian to start the dialog? is there a trick to this or is it a bug?

Are you using a hireling? If so then summon him/her. All party members must be at Ullevian.

You have to kinda be RIGHT ON HIM. It's annoying. Make sure any hirelings are right there too. You may have to move them around a bit. His area-sensor for "be near" is really really small.

once i call hire right beside me worked fine. That was annoying dont think i would have fig that out. thanks.
