WTT Otto box for EE Items

I am only committing such an act because I have found my first 3rd life not as horrible an act as others have said.
I am offering 1 otto for any combination of these items to the highest bidder. I am in no rush because as time goes on the supply of boxes wil deminish and they will become much more valuable.

Items I am looking for:

EE Ring of the Djinn ( Maybe, also don't value as high because I would be happy with just an epic version )
EE Quiver
EE Treads
EE Backstabber Gloves
EE Ring of the Stormreaver Prophecy ( This is an item that I do not value the same as the others due to its common drop rate)
Globe

I think those items are it, if I happen to think of anything I will add it to the list.
