Finesse as a Red Augment Crystal

As per the title. I'd personally put it at ML:4 or 1 even, since Dex based toons need love ASAP.

I'm also going to go out on a limb and suggest Red Augment Crystals that instead of giving just Dex to attack, give (one of per red slot) Int or Wis or Cha, though I'd maybe make them ML 8 or 12.

I'll now go out on third limb and suggest an ML:24 crystal that changes a weapon's damage mod to a different damage mod, again like Dex.

End of suggestions.

I appreciate they probably increase in order of controversiality, but at least Finesse as a low level Red Augment would be nice and not remotely OP to my mind.

I don't like finesse and can't imagine ever using it, but still, this suggestion is well thought out and a strong one.

/signed - since presumably it'd add alternative stats to anything with a red slot, rather than just the traditionally finessable weapons it could be a lot of fun and add huge extra customisability.
