Add new credit card and purchase new points functionality broken.

Apparently Turbine has forgotten my credit card details. I tried capturing my details within the in-game store again only to be met with the following error when I tried to submit my details:

Not Found

The requested URL /https://turbine.playspan.com/ps-primary-web/tbddo/app/turbineenterdiffccsuccess.jsp was not found on this server.
----------------------------

It looks like the card details were successfully captured but when I tried to buy points I got the following error :

"There was an error processing your request. Please try again."
----------------------------

And the card details captured are definitely correct.

Really now Turbine? I'm trying to give you money here. Surely you can get this right.

had same problem and solved it by filling out my card details again AND adding a zero to the postcode number (tip of another player) apperently it can't cope with 4 digit postcodes (or to my guess any postcode without a US format) hope this helps

Thank you very much for this. It solved the issue when Turbine staff were just not interested.

I'll post a topic with this as the title and while it is too late for the double points deal at least it may help someone.
