    Shield:

Here's what the above gets me...

10% Dodge in items (20% Dodge total with Dodge, Mobility, Spring Attack, and Unearthly Reactions twist)
    +10 STR
    +11 CON
    +11 DEX
    +8 WIS
    +10 CHA
    +6 Natural Armor
    +8 Protection
    +8 Shield
    +7 Resist
    Superior Parrying+4 to saves/AC
    Good Luck +2
    50 hps
    deathblock
    Ghostly
    Perm Blurry
    10 DR
    3% doublestrike
    +3 UMD
+8 to hit sneak attack/+13 damage
    +6 seeker
    30% heal amp
    30% Striding
    +13 Intimidate
    +20 Balance
    Immunity to Slippery Surfaces
    +15 to Stunning
    114 devotion

I can switch to EH Dream Visors (+4 to hit/damage) when fighting critters/bosses where sneak attack is no good.

I am missing toughness, 45 Greensteel hps, and exceptional seeker. Good luck, devotion, and Superior Parrying are on a weapon, which isn't optimal all the time. I can swap to a 20% Healing Amp of Superior Parrying Bracers at the loss of 3% dodge and perma-blur.

My self-heals suck without a devotion item... Wish I could fit it into my worn gear.

    Epic Destinies
    • Legendary Dreadnaught - Twists: Sense Weakness, Unearthly Reactions, Brace for Impact
    • Unyielding Sentinal - Twists: Sense Weakness, Legendary Tactics, Extra Action Boosts

at a glance, you appear to have 2 items with con on them
might want to augment the belt differently

You know this, yet you've wasted feats on dragon marks.

You'd be better off splashing 2 rogue over 2 monk, you'd effectively gain a feat, and get the umd for no fail heal scrolls.

Or you could stick with monk, dropping the dragonmarks once you get SF pots.

Yeah, I did that on purpose so I could take off the trinket and wear the ioun stone (or whatever) without losing a bunch of CON.

I did the same thing for STR... I have +7 STR on gloves and Dun Robar ring, so I can swap rings if needed... (+10 Stunning isn't worth much in a boss fight and some EE content, so I'll probably switch to a devotion ring then).

I try my best with my gear to get swapping to a minimum... I usually try to get 60% of my items set up so I never take them off... and then have 3-4 slots where I can change items..

In the build above, Helmet, armor, ring of the stalker, belt. cloak, gloves.... pretty much never come off.... Necklace and the other ring are probably my two easiest slots I can swap stuff around.

Yeah, I'm kind of holding on for the enhancement pass... see what they do with the dragonmark feats.

This guy was made halfling 5 years ago or so expressly for the healing dragonmark feats... I've changed him around quite a bit, but I've always kept him a hobbit with healing dragonmarks. It's kind of his "thing". And the dragonmarks are still awesome in the 1-20 game, and decent in 80% of the epic content.

Just have to remember to swap in a healing stick before using them in my end-game gear set-up.

2 rogue is a very interesting idea though, one I've considered before... I like the extra sneak attack damage and the ability to get traps and locks and UMD. Monk isn't as great a splash for me anymore since I wear leathers now, so the only thing I really get from it is two feats and evasion.

Also SF pots (which work great on my barb) are not fun for an AC evasion character.

I have found that dragonmarks tend to run out way too quickly on EE since mobs are hitting for so much, just something to watch out for when you're running this, I would definitely encourage trying to find some other form of healing along with your halfling heals.

Looks like a fun build. For leveling 1-20 you could go with a cannith crafted devotion trinket.

Why so much base DEX? Are you going for IPS? It's not listed on your feat list.

Also, did you consider paladin instead of ranger? You lose a lot of feats and basically have to drop archery & Dodge bonuses; but it boosts your saves w/Divine Grace and lets you add Emp Heal (since CLW is a lvl 1 pally spell).

Well, I already max out STR... The extra points are either spent on CON or DEX. DEX is for reflex save and AC I guess over another 20 hps.

Paladin is a great choice too, especially to get Empower Healing for a dragonmark build. But I can't give up the ranged component... It's just too useful in too many quests. Manyshot is a great tactical choice in hundreds of encounters in this game.

I try to use SF pots after the fight, and save the dragonmarks for in-fight healing... But yeah, on EE, we don't get enough... I'd love to see them recharge like Unyielding Sentinal Lay on hands or like Radiant Bursts that clerics get.

I'm still hoping the enhancement pass makes dragonmarks viable in Epic Elite content. If not, I may have to drop them, which would make me very sad.

I sure hope so too, as I played dragonmarks almost exclusively for over a year, and I loved my free heals and Chimera's Crown.

They should make a dragonmark ED, or at least an available twist. That would be hilarious.
