    Default Hire Better/More GMs

I have been waiting 50 min for a response to a ticket in a quest this is just real poor CS the average wait is 30-45 min to start with this is un acceptable for any customer but VIPs like me should not have to wait whats been now 6 min shy of an hour as I hit submit here

Its a balance between CS and cash flow I know and then how many tickets are put in it sucks I know sometimes I have to wait a while and other times its near instant most of the time I dont wait more than 15 min and then give up. Wish I could say something better especially to a guildie.

What was the ticket about? They might use a priority system.

Out of four tickets I turned in over the last 4 years or so, the first one was resolved okay. It took maybe 10 minutes for a GM to come and fix it.

The other three times my ticket gets closed within 5 minutes saying that the in-game GM can't help and turn in a bug report. Now tell me how a bug report gets my equipment/shards back? It doesn't. It doesn't even get a reply. In all three cases I know an in-game GM could do SOMETHING to assist, even if not fix the problem. This closing of the ticket in 5 minutes without an in game "tell" or anything is bad service.
