A week and a half ago, I submitted several in-game tickets, and was finally urged to use support for the DDO Store.

I had great cosmetic armor for my epic Utility Vest (Which is ugly), but when I upgraded the augment for use, I lost it.

i am curious how long does it usually take to get a response, and can I expect that nothing will be done?
