You might be asking a bit much. A +3 heart usually sell in the region of 1 to 1,5 mill plat. A white +con helmet sells for 4 mill+. Although you -might- find one on AH at around 2 mill now and then if you are lucky. Usually because the poster doesnt know the potential price he could ask.
