Unable to buy TP using both credit card and paypal

As the title says I'm unable to buy TP, getting the error that seems to happen to other people as well, however typing in the payment information again doesn't appear to work. It seems like it is unable to save information about my region and ZIP or w/e, and just resets those values as if I didn't type anything there, so that might be the problem, but I have no clue how to solve that. I have tried multiple times retyping in all the information, and have tried multiple times ingame to actually buy the TP.

You can call Turbine to buy your points or add your card. Use Skype if the costs of calling are excessive for you.

Typically if you can't add a credit card then there's something wrong with the info you are entering. From recent posts by other users, this happens due to zip/postal code issues. I know there was one post from a user from Australia that stated they needed to add a zero to the end of their post code to make things work.
