Please, please PLEASE have options in DDO Store like:
Unlock Hard difficulty - feature account wide for all quests for 1195 TPs.
Unlock Elite difficulty - feature account wide for all quests for 2495 TPs.
I'm dying for such a feature and would buy it ASAP!!!
I'm here asking you guys to take my money, **** it!

Given that Turbine has only recently started adding perks to the VIP package (10% Movement speed, 10% XP etc) in an attempt to entice more people to go VIP, I'd say that the chances of Turbine doing something like this and effectively reducing a VIP perk is...not good.

Turbine is more than ready to take your money! Your request is already available in two forms:
VIP subscription or
True Heart of Wood for Hard unlocks or
True Heart of Wood x2 for Elite unlocks

I used to switch between VIP and Premium. When TRs got unlocks (along with not granted VIPs access immediately to Artificers), I no longer saw a reason to go VIP again. So I completely disagree with the OP. Unlocks should have stayed a perk for VIPs only. That's no longer the case, so there's no reason to erode that VIP perk. If you want instant Elite unlocks on all characters, go VIP or TR all your characters.
