Jolly Ranchers is an EE focused guild formed around a small group of impatient players that just want to get things done. Thick skin is required.

The key concepts of the guild are:
Maximum 16 active players.
All members have a say in recruitment.
Drama between members will not be tolerated, guild kicks will be based on tenure.
Must be legends.
Members must have at least two toons, one of which will be DPS

Recruitment is based on a majority vote, without a majority vote that does not necessarily mean a decline, only that members have not had enough time to properly asses a recruit.

I have noticed a lot of Jolly Ranchers running around lately and never noticed the guild until recently.

I've been very impressed with the raids I've joined. I am not looking to join or anything, I just wanted to drop a quick note to let you know that I am impressed that when the Jolly Ranchers host a raid - I can be confident they will make sure all the key roles are filled and will run the raid extremely well.

Well done in getting the guild up and running so quickly and so well.

theres only like 7-9 of us and ive pretty much quit, singh quit, sed is traveling for a month soon and lou is on break.
