    Smile BOKU payments not working for a month now

    Hi,

    I've been using BOKU payment for a long time to top up my ddo points but has not been working for the last month. have submitted a ticket with very little progress, mailed screenshots.

    what is the story with boku payments please? it appears taht the ddo store interface does not connect to this service. when you press USE OTHER PAYMENT METHOD it just comes up with red writing 'an error has occured, please try again later' well, later is now about 1 month.

    please fix this feature and you can have my money

    so really, there is no turbine support on these forums?

    Question Same problem

    Hey there!

    I'm a belgian player & mostly use BOKU to pay for TP. But after I bought a 930TP bundle, immediatly after payment was complete I got this mail from UltimatePay:

    Hello ,

    We have received your payment for DDO Unlimited ®. It has not yet been accepted by DDO Unlimited ® but we are working with them to quickly correct the problem.

    We apologize for this delay and inconvenience.

    As soon as we resolve this matter we will contact you.
    ... along with my transaction info etc...

    Any heads-up on this matter ? been waiting couple of days now

    Thanks for sharing the info.

    I have no news, when they say Turbine is powered by fans they actually mean us!

    I have emailed turbine about this and submitted a ticket over a month ago, I just get the usual:
    'thank you for submitting a ticket, bla bla bla, fill in survey, bla bla bla, if u have more concerns please reply to this email' but there is nothing to actually address the problem or anything useful.

    it's very frustrating but it appears that Turbine is not really bothered with our problem
