need help ahout TP card

hello , im a player in DDO ,i just use two 500TP code to get 1000TP in ddo store , but after i did that ,it only appear i got 500 TP , i needu to help me check whats the matter with it , thanks

No one in this forum can help you. I would suggest calling them or submitting a ticket. If you're not in North America you can call using Skype.

I do see some posts by users complaining that the store is down right now for them. That MAY have something to do with it.
