Default Wizard shroud of the vampire - how to leave form

    From the known issues:

    Enhancements
Pale Master's "Shroud of the Vampire" does not deactivate properly.

Anyone have any workarounds to this? Can you go zombie form then leave zombie form so that you can receive positive healing spells/restoration effects?

My advice is just use wraith form and forget about vampire. Wraith is a much better form. Take mental toughness til 18, then swap it for actual toughness to get lich (reset enhancements at that point to dump wraith).

My recently TR'd Wizard had Lich and Wraith. Sometimes, the extra DC is a lot less important than the 25% incorporeality.
Kobold sentient jewel still hate you.

But this is about vampire, and I think you'll agree wraith > vampire.

As far as keeping either once you get lich.... IMO you just don't have the extra feats and enhancements to waste, stick with lich. YMMV.

You don't realize how many things in the game cast light until you are a PM.

Well, you realize it even more when a vampire because you have alot of time to look at your combat log while waiting for someone to raise you.
