Why o why have my account beed downgraded to premium?
I have pre paid for 1 year VIP and now 1 month before that time is due Im down to premium.
And I was expecting to get 4 more days for free aswell but NO! You guys take 1 month away from me!

Have you tried calling Turbine Account Support yet? They would probably be able to help more effectively, and much quicker, than a post on the forums.

The skype bit is prob best idea and calling!
But its still annoying as hell that they dont have a 24h support.
And ticket has been sent 2 min after i noticed it but wait for 5-9 days for them to reply or try to fix it....
Hopefully I will get full refond for eatch day that I miss out on VIP!
