They know that if they leave it in the game after a couple of months people will use it. And a couple of months after that it will seem normal.

A troll is a big dumb lump of a creature that is very resilient.
Maybe the OP was thinking more about that...

Well for me, it certainly seems like trolling to make such changes and post them for discussion with fully knowing that people will hate the changes and that there will be not much except screams for bloody murder.
As we see not a single response from the devs, therefore it seems much more like a troll posting then an discussion.
To me are those changes almost as horrible designed as is the powerlevel penalty past lvl20.
But i would be open for discussion, i am always open to arguments but none come from them. Its always just "we serve you this and now eat or die"

Trolling implies that the troller cares in some way about the response (even if only for amusement).
