Default Passive PL Sorc and Active PL Wiz add to RuneArm DC?

    It goes like this

My main and only toon has a ton of stacks of past lives.
Including 3 sorc and 3 wiz.

Now I want to roll an Arti life for fun and to put the ton of runearms I gathered during all those lives to good use.

My question is: Will those 3 passive sorc PL and an active wiz PL add +4 to runearm DC?
I know that Spell Focus gear won't work on RA, but have anyone tested if the PL will?

Seems like a silly question, since SF/GSF/ESF Evo work...
But we never know... because sorc active PL work as Mental Toughness, but won't qualify as a pre-req in it's place. Same for Active wiz PL not working when Spell focus is pre-req.
    I don't care...

It should. They benefit from Spell Focus feats, just not equipment, and passive PLs function like Feats. The active Wiz one should as well, for the same reasons - plus an Arti will spec for Force damage, making those SLA missiles worthwhile

The Mental Focus Prereq is non sequitur to that question, since the problem there is the PrEs require specifically Mental Toughness, they just arent flagged to accept PL: Sorc (and cant be for technical reasons, since the system allows only one OR parameter in the prereq flagging field and those PrEs already have one OR)

If it doesnt, I've wasted a couple months on my current Sorc life...
