    Default Alt Option for Buying Points?

    I've read the post above and re-entering CC information didn't work for me. The problem is with Steam.

    Is there another option for adding points?

    get rid of Steam.

    we do not need Steam to run this game.

    Steam is not good.

    The problem with steam is it imposes on itself to run in the background and it is a parasite.

    Steam is just like 1984's Big Brother, but 10 times worse, it slows down our computers.

    Steam charges Australians a lot more money than others. I have very good reasons to therefore avoid it.

    Good point about buying points. I've given up on customer service re my problems with CC but digital river worked before for buying stuff.

    I would love to ditch Steam - I've always hated the company - but didn't realize I could. DDO will run without it?

    Hell yes. Ditch that sucker.

    Don't know if it needs a new client but. See www.ddo.com

    Buy game cards or codes elsewhere if your CC doesn't work.

    WOOHOO ... I thought Steam was required for whatever reason. I am such a dork

    Everything runs faster, cleaner and I can spend my golf club money now!
