The little things make a difference

This is a suggestion for Turbine:

When the game goes down for unexpected/extended maintenance or server restarts, why not send us some goodies.

I play a game on my smartphone and when it crashes, they send out a gift to everyone; and you know what, it makes me feel a little better. Even more so if I wasn't on when it crashed. Few things are as annoying as trying to log on in my free time and get a message saying that the worlds are offline (not specific to DDO). Receiving a token of apology from the company goes a long way toward repairing that relationship.

I know they do global xp increases etc sometimes, but what about when one server is down only?

I am thinking something small would be sufficient and probably one per account. Maybe one of; a few tradeable SP pots, xp/guild elixers, loot gem, rez cakes, even with the smallest values available from the store. Because in my book, the little things in life make a big difference.
