Starter pack

Hi,
i know ther are some post in general forum, but I have bought 2x starter pack, just few second before it was putted down, and use key and it created another subs. I sended ticket to account service but didnt recieve any respond. it more than 2 weeks. I know the issue, but there is no info about it. Hows going fixing of this issue? Should we wait a bit longer or return product and buy it later?

I am also waiting for a response to the support ticket I submitted, since the Starter Pack is now back up in the DDO Market the issue has obviously been resolved so it would be nice if we could get our accounts fixed or new product keys to replace the used ones. Honestly I am being very patient on this matter but patience for a fix (or even a response) on something I have paid for is wearing thin.

I recievedanswer today, they have tons of work, so it take time, but it should be fixed for me soon

I don't think it is fixed. I have not been able to enter my unlock code and I purchased it today.

What i red on forums, some ppl alreday have it and play it, so not everybody have this issue, but for us that have it, they fixing it..separately. I spoke with some players that had this issue from first buy, and they had it fixed already. so just call or send ticket and wait for help

If you want to just guess, you can post here too, but I prefer someone who bought the pack and has done a TR for the xp pot question.

1. If I buy this pack, will I get the XP pots each time I TR?

2. Is the Hireling a Gold Seal?

3. Can it be used with the panther or other gold seal hirelings?

I haven't bought the pack but have been reading about it.

1) I doubt it they took that away from the pre-order for the expansion pretty quick doubt they'd add it to other packages. (At least on purpose, so if it does expect a nerf at any time)

2/3) Some quotes from another thread.

Note: the "Cleric, Lvl 03 Gold Seal Contract: Elieri Thistledown (Permanent)" item says Gold Seal in the name and that the hireling is level 3, but the contract is also ML3 (Gold Seal level 3 cleric should be ML1). Confirmed it cannot be used by a level 2 character.

Still need to confirm if it can be summoned with a normal hireling and away from quest entrance.

Very disappointed that the Permanent Gold Seal hireling doesn't contain all the qualities that a true Gold Seal hireling has. Or at least that's what is written in the description of the hireling once you buy the pack. I don't have a low level toon, so I can't confirm if it's just a bad description.

With that said, I can confirm that you can summon it away from the entrance, like a proper Gold Seal hireling. You can also summon it with other hirelings, both regular and Gold Seal, as a Gold Seal hireling should.

I can confirm that this Permanent Gold Seal hireling and his plat based counterpart cannot be summoned at the same time, in case anyone was wondering. I cannot confirm if two different players with Permanent Gold Seal hirelings can be summoned at the same time, like the Onyx Panther.

about TR don know
hireling is golden seal and permanent, and 1 pre every server, so i think you can use it with panter
