You guys coded in sir points alot permanently why don't you code him in some where in the harbor like near the trainers just for lamannia? that way devs dont always get bugged by returning testers that they need to level characters for testing new things or in my case when i transferred level 18 and couldnt get level got 25 on live but couldnt re bring him bc he was already here level 18 or just plain out for new testers not able to transfer old charactes use this to make new ones and get better gear on there own? just a suggestion (:

That has been in the works for the entire u17 lam process. Look up the lam dev tracker and you can find Squeek mentioning it a few times.

I am guesstimating that he will get coded in between now and u18's drop on lam.

Ahh, sorry about that. Didn't see you mentioning that in your OP. I think a while back I asked for the same kind of thing. Same with a way to get gear. So far squeak mentioned wanting to put permenant guide out and made a script to stock the AH with cheap wares... So most of the useful testing stuff is being implimented. Which is a big boon for getting people to the testing instead of grinding a week to have 5 minutes of testing before it goes down.

ya cause we all know not all transfers work :P 2 of my friends failed so he didnt get to have 2 of his characters brought to the server

He was gone when I logged in to get the update and try a roll. Not many people on, so I am sure the instance died off and took the temp npc's with it.

Until they are permenantly placed, they will decay with the instance.

I was just on @ 4:15 EST/EDT I could not find The Guide in harbor nor market. /sad panda.

Thanks for this Squeek, is there any more news? The guide has gone on vacation again and there are only 4 items total in the AH so I assume your scripts aren't a permanently running thing. Is it a case of wait till update 18 hits or are you actively working on this stuff?

Alchemicals are good and all, but as this is a 'test server' i would rather you put EE gianthold gear on the AH so i could see what items could go with my iems i already have on my current toons.
