I greased the party, killing Goodthings (unsure of what char he was in) as he was leading a CitW, just before the last fight.

I confessed, and I believe that earned me a /squelch or two!

When VoN5-6 was new (it had been out for a couple weeks at the most), a pug group on Aundair, led by Cleopatra, worked us through VoN5 over the course of about five hours. Our raid's Rogue got to the final door and the player fell asleep at his keyboard, so we had to do it again, the next day.

Well, we struggled through the bases and the pillars and made our way to the pitcher's mound. The door opened and I accidentally hit the "R" button on my keyboard, charging Velah alone on my Paladin and wiping the raid.

Not going to mention names but those with me will remember!

Was doing a Caught in the Web and we got two healers. One of them I have heard horror stories about, I warned the raid leader to make sure the second healer was a good one. Halfway during the raid I ask the healer in question why he has only used 300 sp, he tells me that he is healing with his aura ( hitting for 35, critting for 70). Obviously not enough and then goes on the biggest NERDRAMPAGE I have ever seen, he tells me that I should be lucky that he came and that he didn't have to come... I felt horribly bad for the other healer which had gone through 4 sp bars at 4,000 sp. To me this is unacceptable. If this was my raid I would have recalled and told the whole party to reform. We successfully completed the raid but the other healer used 5-6 sp pots.

Btw if that healer is still out there, I will personally refund the sp pots for ya =)

Recently finished a very messy raid with many deaths.

Noticed afterwards I was wearing my pirate hat the whole raid, rather than my min II GS helm. Ergo, I had no fort item on entire raid.

One time I accidentally squelched Celeneh. I later joined a raid he was leading and wondered why I couldn't hear anything he was saying. That would be because the squelch list is not the same thing as the friends list.

In the days of Sabotage Shroud, a guildie dared me to be saboteur to another officer of the guild hosted shroud run. Of course, after wiping part III, I was also able to convince all of the guildies on the run that it was "that AA guy" and just the fact that it was some AA everyone was right there with me unknowingly saying "yah, I saw him do this, yah, that", and I was completely off the hook. The guy who dared me and myself chuckled about it for months.

My worst ever moment was back in my noob days and I picked up this bag off the floor after a hectic end fight and it was only the Xachosian Eardweller .
The bad news was that everyone was about to roll on it
The very bad news was that I was on my Fighter.
I quickly recalled and dropped party feeling like a a bag of poo.

I still have that item to this day to act as a constant reminder NOT to pick anything up from the floor

While it was nothing wipe worthy..

Was in a typical CE Abbot.. we'd filled.. and had to wait for that piker Felgor to hobble his way to the quest. So i was talking **** in guild, saying things like 'i should dance him in Ice, or in roids.. or on the bridge at the start'. Anyway he finally makes his way in... for shiggles i hit my kormor's while hes almost to the platform...

Even tho I haven't played in what seems like YEARS, I have a confession ...

I had idea what I was doing like most of the time, so me leading raids was like ... I don't know LOL was lucky to have good players around me. Its fun to pretend to know what you doing sometimes :P Also I've been told I was kind of mean to some people. MMMM yea I come back to check the forums from time to time, stay sexy khyber !!!

I have danced people in quests purposefully to get them killed when they where doing annoying things like kiting horoth around before the tank could get him. And with people who had constantly done stuff like this I have tried to get their soul stone if possible as far away from the shrine as possible at the end. This is if I suspected they where an adult, and even worse where rude to the party and leader when we politely asked them to stop such behaviour.

It wasnae me, but I did enjoy the antics of the guilty persons who blew up a Shroud party in part 4 with a potion of wonder yesterday. And then again in part 5. Haven't laughed so hard in a Shroud in a while. And yes we completed, with only one rage quit in Part 5 (seriously, why rage quit in part 5 when people are clearly mucking about? At least wait for the party wipe that didn't happen).

Maybe they will come along and admit their guilt

On elite raiders very first epic lord of blades run, I agreed to come along and help give some pointers on the raid.

At the end I told them we had to swim over to the barrier now to get our loot and that since the raids complete the water no longer deals damage.

I wasn't there for that particular prank but it sounds like it was a good one. I like to hit the Ninja Spy water walk when the Lord of Blades keels over and run towards the exit to see how many people follow.

On the gullibility front, I just don't know how many times I tried to pick up the docent at the end of POP correctly. An entire team of 5 guys, when I was new to Gianthold, ran that with me over and over and over one afternoon, expressing frustration that I was standing in the wrong place or picking it up from the wrong angle and forgetting to take my boots off... So I confess I well still am pretty gullible for a gamer.

lol.. Yea i got a couple ppl killed recently in epic elite doing that, even veteran players who are well aware of the trick.. Just timed it nicely so I clicked it right before they could.

Part 5 was me. It was right after I said I looted them in part 4, too

I even said in voice chat: "Bomb!" About four times...then said, "fine, die!" As six people blew up

I heard part 4 and ran away. After running with goodthings enough you have to pay attention to stuff like that.
