Loading troubles at The Rooks' Gambit

Anyone else having trouble logging back on to characters that logged off from The Rooks' Gambit in Smugglers' Rest?

I have two characters that logged off while at that location. Now, everytime I try to log back on to those two characters, I get the red latency icon and the client loses connection from the server. All my other characters that logged off from different locations have no trouble loading, just those two.

Is anyone else having this trouble? Was there a forum thread about it that I may have missed?

Hoping someone knows something. Submitted a ticket but the response referred me to a FAQ page regarding launcher connectivity issues. Replied to that and hoping for a better follow-up.
