    Default PC Crashing after loading

Ok I am having alot of problems playing DDO.
After I login and get to play for a little bit my PC crashes (Shuts Off) I have to start it back up
I have seen alot of threads about this problem but none seems to have been resolved.
I have recently re-installed windows and DDO

    Windows 7 Home Premium SP1
    AMD Athlon II x4 640 Processor 3GHz
    8gb Ripclaw DDR3
    NVIDIA GTX 660 2gb Video

In-Game video is set on medium running DirectX 9 cause I figure since first crashing issue with DX 11 I would try DX9
and still having same issue. Please if someone knows a fix please let me know.

For a simple check, I'd check your fans and make sure they're still spinning and not clogged with dust bunnies, overheats will shut down your computer to try to prevent damage.

I'd definitely look for a hardware issue...

Maybe your power supply is slowly dying?
Maybe heat related despite clean fans?
    Maybe memory dying?

For random reboots while asking more from you computer for extended periods (i.e., playing games) I've often found the power supply as the culprit.

Obviously this is not always the case but more often than not for me experiencing this issue and a friend that played WoW both problems were fixed with a different power supply.

It is still a good option to do a memtest, harddrive test and grab an app that can check temps (http://www.hwinfo.com/).

95% of the time, this is going to be a hardware (as the others already stated) OP. Good luck.

Yes, I know I said 95%, which does leave 5% for software. Why? because perfect storms have been known to happen, and I've fought them before in the game.

In my case it was this setup.
    1. warforged.
    2. eternal wand of the titan held in the right hand.
    3. a shrine had to be in view.
    4. butterflies had to be in view.
unknown: if version of directX running mattered. This happened with Dx9.
    unknown: armor type mattered.
    unknown: helmet skin mattered
    unknown: armor skin mattered.
unknown: color of WF skin mattered.

If I had all of those things active at the same time, my machine instantly powered off.

well I have checked all heating issues and even have a HW monitor and all heating issues are ok. Have done more googling and I seen some people have issues with games using a Logitech G15 keyboard, anyone else here?

Yeap, and zero issues on mine and my wife's machine.

Now mind you, I'm using the black/orange version.

Seriously, if you think it isn't heat, it is probably power. I'd go down that path before software.
