    Default Night Surgeon

Based on the character of Nathan Wallace from the movie Repo! The Genetic Opera, this is a flavor build that's still vague and incoherent in my mind.

The first six levels are Cleric of the Sovereign Host with the Radiant Servant PRE. Nathan was once a legitimate physician before tragedy struck. I want Cleric over Favored Soul because it seems to me that Clerics can fall from grace while Favored Souls can get away with just about anything. Also, Nathan studied hard to learn his trade, it didn't just come to him. Sovereign Host is for Longsword to synergize with what's to come. Also, Cleric Wisdom synergizes well with what's coming.

Then tragedy strikes. Nathan's wife falls ill while pregnant with their child. Unbeknownst to either, she is being slowly poisoned to death by a jilted lover who publically pretends to be friends with them both. She dies as Nathan struggles to save both his wife and unborn child. Since he chose to perform the procedure himself rather than involve the proper authorities, it looks... Suspicious. In his grief and unsteady state of mind, he unknowingly agrees to work for the very man who actually murdered his wife as an organ repo man... a legal assassin... The Night Surgeon.

Two levels of Rogue as he learns how to get into places his victims would rather he never go... Like panic rooms. More than this is thematically unnecessary. If you can pay for your organ transplants, you do. If you can't, what are the chances you can pay for decent security?

Finally, twelve levels of Ninja Spy Monk as he learns to take people apart with even greater efficiency than he once put them back together.

As a flavor build, I think it works. As an effective build, though... What say you all?

    Finally, some song lyrics:

    When I remember, I dismember!
Cause the claims medic uses no anesthetic!
90 days delinquent gets you Repo treatment!
I'm the masked horror on your street corner!
I'll make your mama mourn ya!
    I'm the Night Surgeon!

I don't see big synergies, but heck, it's a flavor build, so what. 7th level of cleric would give you deathward and fom and CCW and perhaps divine power. Probably better than second level of rogue.

The synergy is that I can take Whirling Steel Strike more easily once I hit Monk levels and along with Ninja Spy short sword use and a feat spent on two weapon fighting, dual wield long and short swords. And wisdom from Cleric is far more useful to Monk than Charisma from Favored Soul would be.

As someone who has a cleric/monk build based on wss(and heal amp) I would highly recommend against it. Even more so given the fact you are getting centered short swords free from 12 monk and the additional feats needed; focus slash, wss, imp crit slash would be much better served going into meta feats for your heal burst, or really anywhere else.. your effectively spending 3 feats for 1-2 more damage in your main hand.

Hrm... Suggestion noted and taken into account. No longswords for me, thanks. I wish there were a way to stay centered while using darts and throwing daggers. It would fit the concept better.
