    Smile Medium GEM Bag

How about making the Medium gem bags the same as the other bags? Currently Medium collectible and medium Ingredients bags hold 30 items in stacks of 1000. However, the Medium Gem bags are still 12 items in stacks of 1000. The day the Cove event had the preview, my inventory slots were totally filled with excess gems that wouldn't fit in the gem bag due to the 12 item limit. Should be an easy fix.

I would take your suggestion even further...

There should be one gem bag, it should be relatively cheap, and it should hold an unlimited amount of any type of gem... because really, what's the point of having large gem bags? Gems serve no purpose other than being annoying sell loot that takes up space. I understand the need for a bag that holds several different unique types of items, but not that they stack up to 1000, so all you're really doing is buying a higher unique item count. I visit a shop, repair and sell my gems after practically every quest, and almost all the time after a wilderness run.

Collectible and Ingredient bags make sense, because those items can stack ridiculously high, but the gem bag and all its slightly different iterations do not. Maybe that's just me, though.

    Default Bones for Solo Players

I'm mostly a solo player due to my work/life schedule and I find it really hard to find people to play with that don't zerk every time you enter a quest or, that which I find more annoying, are those players that seem to have a 60% increase to run speed without using haste and who then leave you all alone in a deep dark dungeon....

Anyway, Happy Birthday! and all that, and thanks for all the new levels that I can't play since my highest character to date is only lvl 11. But seriously, I have several toons that I play and I actually LOVE playing them at levels 0-10! I find that solo play at higher levels is more a chore than fun. Also, I often have to quit part way through a quest because I've run out of playing time or because you REALLY need another player to pass some stupid barrier that your idiot hireling can't activate. (A change to the Delrina quest series is a fine example of that, the underwater gate triggers used to be able to be activated by a hireling but that changed so they couldn't. Haven't tried for a while so maybe its been changed back.) Uh,oh... digressing again.

Starting over, again. Do you think, that at some time in the future you might go back and add some additional quests or refresh old ones like you did to some on Korthos Island to improve the lower level experiences of newer players, particularly those that just want to solo and have fun? I ask this because while DDO is sort of group focused, most long time players I've encountered seem WAY too serious, fortunately some are not, so the experience is still good. I have no real clue on how to properly XP grind... I simply kill, explore, smash (not for all quests), and solve as much of every quest I can and have fun doing it. So maybe for release 18/19 you could look to the lower level folks. Because solo play is both fun and challenging, and it should be an okay thing to in DDO especially early on in the game.

PS Can someone explain what on earth are pets good for??? Companions like those of the druid and artificer make sense but pets don't seem to do squat except get in the way, from time to time, as you try to climb a ladder.

LOL! I love how their post had absolutely NO MENTION of Gems, Bags, or even the word "Medium" (subject of this thread).

Since cove gems do not go into the gem bag, these two things are unrelated to one another.

That is entirely accurate, but does not take away from the merits of the OP's suggestion.

Well, I have to say that on the guys I've bought medium gem bags for, I haven't really had any overflow problems. The variety of gems at any level range isn't wide enough to overflow a medium bag. Now if you were to hold on to your gems for a long period of time, you could run into overflow problems, but the medium bags seem to be adequate to otherwise free up my inventory in-between vendor trips. And, since I need to see the vendor periodically to repair, a gem sell off is just a synchronous event.

That has been my experience at least, other's mileage may vary.
